Highly anticipated indeed. I’m still waiting for my copy! I just wanted to send a little note to tell you that I actually just ordered your book from amazon a couple of days ago for my summer reading list (which includes John Prendergast’s “Not on Our Watch” and Roberto Bolano’s “2666″ and Helene Cooper’s “House on Sugar Beach.”) Incidentally, I’m back to SA in a couple of weeks for three months, although sadly not CT this time. Shame… Good luck and cheers!
